Multi-Server Setup Dashboard Added

Added database-backed per-server settings, a Setup tab, and guild onboarding links.

  • Server admins can visit their dashboard Setup tab to configure channels and roles.
  • Welcome and update systems now read each server's saved settings from the local database.
  • Music was removed for now while the bot is prepared for multi-server use.
